This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are proprietary. No part of the Software may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or used in any form without explicit prior written permission from the copyright holder, except:

1. For invited collaborators who have been granted access to this private repository solely for scientific research and development collaboration purposes.

Such collaborators may view, suggest modifications via email, and use the Software within the scope of this program and collaboration, but may not redistribute, publish, or use it outside this context without separate explicit written permission.

Proprietary Rights and Copyright

The 3D Lattice of Light system, including its calculator, framework, and all associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of the creator, Nicolas Brett. Until such time as the system is formally recognized by the global scientific community as a rediscovery of natural laws, all copyright and proprietary rights remain vested in the creator.

No Unauthorized Use

No use of this technology is authorized except as expressly permitted under this agreement. Any development, modification, adaptation, or derivative work arising from the use of this system, as well as any profit, benefit, or other advantage derived therefrom, shall belong exclusively to the creator.

Recognition Clause

If recognition occurs and the system is acknowledged as the foundational structure of the cosmos, the copyright claim shall lapse, and the system shall be considered part of the public domain. As one cannot copyright or patent nature, all development derived from this architecture of the known universe, once acknowledged, can never be patented or copyrighted, as it constitutes Natural Law.

Monthly Subscription Terms

Access to this software is provided via a monthly license subscription. Users receive 3 trial logins to evaluate the system. After trial credits are exhausted, a monthly subscription fee of R499 (approximately $15 USD) is required for continued access. There are no automatic renewals - you only renew if you are satisfied with the service.

Binding Agreement

By creating a user account and completing the required verification process (Google OAuth authorization and WhatsApp verification), you enter into a legally binding agreement with the creator of the 3D Lattice of Light system.

Buridan's Bridge Clause

Acknowledgment of the framework and cosmological truths contained within the system contributes to the advancement of humanity. Failure to acknowledge does not diminish the creator's exclusive rights, which remain enforceable until public recognition is achieved.
